SHYAMA S. PARIKH
Ms. Parikh joined the firm in 2002.
She received a B.A., with high honors, from DePaul University, and a J.D. from DePaul University. She is a licensed attorney
in state and federal courts in Illinois. In addition, she is a certified mediator and guardian ad litem in Illinois. She lectures
and writes on various legal topics. She is a Teen Court Judge, and a member of all major bar associations. She practices in
family, probate and real estate law.
Ms. Fraser joined the firm in 2003.
Previously, she was in private practice. She received a B.A. from DePaul University, and a J.D. from Illinois Institute of
Technology-Kent College. She is a licensed attorney in state and federal courts in Illinois. In addition, she is a certified
arbitrator in Illinois. She lectures on various legal topics. She is a Teen Court Judge, and a member of all major bar associations.
She practices in all major areas including civil, creditor/debtor, criminal, family, land use, injury, probate and real estate
law.
BRIAN L. RUBENSTEIN
Mr. Rubenstein joined the firm in
2006. Previously, he was an in-house corporate counsel. He received a B.S. from Northern Illinois University, an M.P.A. from
Roosevelt University, and a J.D. from John Marshall College. He is a licensed attorney in state and federal courts in Illinois.
In addition, he is a certified guardian ad litem in Illinois. He lectures on various legal topics. He is a member of all major
bar associations. He practices in all major areas including civil, creditor/debtor, criminal, family, land use, probate and
real estate law.
ANAND J. MENEZES
Mr. Menezes joined the firm in 2006.
Previously, he was in private practice. He received a B.S. from the University of Illinois, and a J.D. from John Marshall
College. He is a licensed attorney in state and federal courts in Illinois. He is a member of numerous bar associations. He
practices in civil and creditor/debtor law.
NEIL M. WEISBOND
Mr. Weisbond joined the firm in 1999.
Previously, he was in private practice. He received a B.A. from Eastern Illinois University, and a J.D. from Thomas Cooley
College. He is licensed to practice law in state courts in Illinois. He is a member of numerous bar associations. He practices
criminal and injury law.
